Terms of Service – Ronni Express Solutions LLC
1. Services
Ronni Express provides mobile car wash, detailing, and pressure washing services at customer locations. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and site accessibility.
2. Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments must be scheduled at least 4 hours in advance of the requested service time. Same-day bookings are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.We strive to arrive on time; however, arrival windows may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior jobs. Customers will be notified of any delays.
3. Pricing
All prices listed are starting prices. Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, level of dirt, and specific service requests. Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or special treatments.
4. Estimates Disclaimer
All estimates provided online, via phone, or through forms are approximate. Final pricing is confirmed on-site after inspection.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card, and other approved payment methods.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
7. Late Arrival & No-Show Policy
If the customer is not present at the scheduled time or the location is not accessible, a service fee may apply. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future service.
8. Access to Location
Customers must ensure that the service location is accessible and safe. Access to water and/or electricity may be required depending on the service.
9. Water & Environmental Compliance
We operate using eco-friendly methods and comply with local regulations. When necessary, we may use the customer’s water supply or approved drainage systems.
10. Service Limitations
While we strive to deliver the best results, we do not guarantee the complete removal of all stains, scratches, oxidation, or permanent damage. Some conditions may be irreversible or require specialized treatments not included in standard services.
11. Liability
Ronni Express is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose parts, fragile components, or items left inside the vehicle. Customers must remove personal belongings prior to service.
12. Weather
ConditionsServices may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions for safety and quality reasons.
13. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if the location, vehicle condition, or environment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
14. Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
15. Media Release
We may take before and after photos for quality control and marketing purposes. No personal or identifying information will be shared without consent.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
